FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Honest answers to what parents and athletes ask most.

At what age can wrestling start?

MHP youth groups start young — with games, physical literacy and training etiquette, not pressure and intensity. The right starting age depends on your child's readiness and is confirmed at the intake consult.

I have no sports background — can I start?

Yes. Every MHP program has a defined beginner pathway. You start with an assessment, and your program begins exactly at your current level — no comparison, no rush.

What does the women's section offer?

Fitness, bodybuilding, CrossFit and corrective movement — on an independent schedule, in a safe and respectful environment, to the same MHP coaching standard. Ask for the current timetable by phone or WhatsApp.

How much is tuition?

Rates vary by program and session count and are shared by phone or in person so they stay current. See the pricing page for the plan structure.

Do you offer a consult or intake assessment?

Yes — it is every MHP athlete's starting point. Fill in the registration form and we will call to arrange it.

What equipment do I need to start?

Clean, comfortable training clothes are enough for the first sessions. Specialist gear (like wrestling shoes) comes later, guided by your coach.

How do you prevent injuries?

Structured warm-ups, technique before intensity, gradual age-appropriate loading, corrective movement and recovery. Safety is the fifth pillar of the MHP Method.

How are parents kept informed?

Through periodic progress reports and direct conversations with the coach. Parent communication is one of the ten pillars of the MHP Method — not a favor.

How does online coaching work?

After an online assessment you receive an individual program, with weekly check-ins and video technique analysis. Ideal for athletes outside Amol.

How do I book massage or recovery?

Via the registration form (choose “Recovery & Massage”), by phone, or on WhatsApp. These services complement training and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

The road to championship begins with discipline.

Every champion once started with one simple decision. A short consult will find the right pathway for you — or your child.
