With a doctorate in Sports Management, he combines hands-on coaching experience with management science and training research. The result is the MHP Method: a system that turns athlete development from an accident into a reliable process.
«Wrestling is not only a sport. It is a school of discipline, courage, respect and systematic growth.»

PHILOSOPHY
Coaching philosophy
In his view, a coach is not merely a teacher of technique but an architect of pathways: knowing where each athlete stands today, where they must be next year, and the program that bridges the two.
That is why no athlete at MHP trains without an assessment, no program goes unreviewed, and no talent is left to chance.
And one principle above all: the person before the champion. Discipline without humiliation, rigor with respect, and no victory at the cost of character.
VISION
Vision
He believes Iranian sport needs one thing above all: systems — clear pathways, educated coaches, honest data and a long-term view. MHP CLUB is his working model of that belief: a generation that grows by method, not by chance.
