The long-term youth pathway — safe, structured, unhurried

Youth Wrestling

The future of wrestling is built in the youth groups. The MHP youth program is designed on growth science: physical literacy and love of sport first, then technique, and competition only at the right time.

FOR YOU

This program is for you if…

  • Your child is roughly 5–15 and full of energy
  • You want a safe, principled environment for your child's sport
  • You want your child to learn discipline, respect and confidence
  • You think long-term — not early medals

Skills are taught in a scientific order matched to the growth stage.

03

Discipline without humiliation

Clear rules, respectful tone — children stay out of love, not fear.

Why wrestling for your child?

Wrestling is the most complete movement school for children: it builds strength, agility, balance and coordination at once — while training discipline, respect for the opponent, and courage.

At MHP that heritage is combined with growth science. No child trains on an adult's program.

Our promise to parents

A safe environment, a responsible coach, a written program and transparent communication. If any of these four promises is ever broken, speak directly with club management.

Schedule

The detailed session timetable is announced each term. Contact the club for this week's schedule.

FAQ

Program FAQ

My child is very shy / very energetic — is this suitable?

Both! Structured group training is the best growth environment for either temperament. The intake assessment shows us where to start.

When will my child compete?

When the coach confirms technical and mental readiness through assessment. Competing too early breaks more athletes than it builds.

The road to championship begins with discipline.

Every champion once started with one simple decision. A short consult will find the right pathway for you — or your child.
